The FUMBLE Report

Well, here it is folks!! The greatly anticipated Fumble Report Preseason Playoff Prognostications!!!
Who's in Who's out?  Will the Category 5 Hurricanes rip through the entire country?  Will the Ducks fly higher than anyone?  Can the Hometown Heros pull off the back-to-back?  It gets Nutty inside as we look at the Longhornshots, the Black Hat Raiders and other potential players in this year's playoff.

Who could take the Big 12 crown away from the nouveau riche Raiders?  Could the Rocky Mountain duo get the job done, or will it come down to a couple of other in state rivals?
Can anyone stop the Kirby train in the deep south?  More Texas cash, Sooner D, the new Tiger King or someone else might have something to say about it.
And not to be forgotten, college football's favorite +1, the N(BC)D leprechauns.
